About Me
I have more than 25 years of experience in different aspects of the real estate industry from airport, commercial, residential, hospital, hotel to industrial properties.
Having worked closely with doctors and in healthcare for close to a decade, I fully understand the industry landscape, doctors’ needs and clinic requirements. My strength is in new clinic project management, having facilitated and/or coordinated more than 100 clinic renovation and application of license, and handled more than 300 leases including facilitating the change of ownership and takeover of clinics.
I am proactive, dynamic and affable. I enjoy seeing projects come to fruition and tackling the nitty gritty challenges along the way.
